It gives us great pleasure to announce that we welcome Sophie Hundertmark to our Advisory Board.
Sophie is one of the first master’s students to explore and research the topic of chatbots and actively support companies in their implementation. Since 2021, she has been a research assistant at the Institute of Financial Services at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (IFZ). There, she is driving the field of "Insurance" and researching the area of Conversational Banking and Insurance in more depth.
About herself she says: " The topic of chatbots has stuck with me since a master's degree in "Online Business" and I started working as an independent chatbot consultant advising companies on the use of chatbots, giving keynotes on the topic and sharing my knowledge in workshops and in university courses."
Sophie has supported and advised well-known companies such as Raiffeisen Group, Helvetia Insurance Switzerland, WISAG AG, WIR Bank and many more. Apart from her research and consulting activities, Sophie has many other talents. For example, she started her own podcast called "Sophie's Chatbot Talk" in early 2020, published a non-fiction book called "Digital Friends" and started her PhD at the University of Fribourg in 2021. She researches and publishes regularly and runs the site ai-zurich since 2018 with the goal of building a community for exchange around Artificial Intelligence in the business domain.
Since the beginning of this year, she is expanding our advisory board and will support and drive the existing strong development of our crowdlending platform with her great tech know-how, as well as her innovative point of view.
