The Cashare database is registered with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cashare is a member of SRO Polyreg und ein genehmigter Finanzintermediär im Sinne von Artikel 2, Absatz 3ff des Schweizer Geldwäschereigesetzes. Cashare wurde die Lizenz für die Gewährung von Verbraucherkrediten des Direktionssekretariats der Nationalen Wirtschaftsdirektion des Kantons Zug erteilt.

At Cashare, personal loans with a term of 1 to 60 months can be taken out. The maximum interest rate is 10%. An example of a loan amount of CHF 10,000 with a credit rating of B including life insurance; Nominal interest rate: 5.00%, contract term: 36 months, one-time platform fee: CHF 225.00, monthly rate: CHF 299.70, one-time insurance fee (0.343%): CHF 37.00. The final interest rate is determined by the auction, but does not exceed the maximum interest rate defined by the borrower. This enables cheaper and more expensive interest rates. Note according to the law: lending is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness (Article 3 UWG).
